ABOUT US

Giddo Simon Ministries (GSM) was founded to continue the good work of George Simon Sr.,  a man of great faith and generosity, who saw a need to give fresh produce to food pantries, the poor and homeless  through his work as a produce stand owner at Soulard Market in St. Louis, MO.

In continuing his generosity to provide fresh produce, Giddo Simon Ministries officially became a non-profit organization in August 2017 and is a 501(c)(3) Charitable Organization.

Currently, we provide fresh produce to the St. Trinity Lutheran/St. Stephen/CCBF Food Pantry, St. Anthony of Padua Food Pantry and Outreach Ministries, Holy Name of Jesus Food Pantry, St. Augustine Wellston Center, the Nutrition Program at St. Frances Cabrini Academy, and host a free Christmas party for the families at St. Frances Cabrini Academy.

As we grow, our goal is to expand our mission of providing fresh produce to food pantries throughout the area through donations, fundraisers and grants.
